Who we are.
Tarin is a seasoned clinical social worker with over thirty years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most complex challenges. Throughout her career, Tarin has worked with both children and adults facing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, addiction, mental health disorders, intimate partner violence, PTSD, and child abuse.
Recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all, Tarin takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities. While Tarin’s practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she also incorporates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

More about Tarin.
Tarin is a devoted admirer of the National Park System and finds something deeply grounding in the vastness of nature—places where history is etched into landscapes rather than written in books. While she continues to enjoy exploring the beauty of her own country, she feels a strong pull back to Europe and fully expects to return once things settle a bit closer to home.
Tarin spent three years working as a social worker in London, an experience that left a lasting and profound impact on her. Working abroad with vulnerable populations deepened her commitment to the field and fundamentally reshaped her worldview. She considers it a privilege to have been part of a system that emphasized care, resilience, and human dignity within such a diverse and dynamic city.
Tarin loves to travel and is especially drawn to places rich with historical meaning—where the stories of the past feel alive and connected to the present. Living in London afforded her the opportunity to explore widely, deepening her appreciation for diverse cultures, histories, and the ways they continue to shape the world today.
